1. How do I place a wholesale order?
To place an order, simply review our Line Sheet and email us at hello@20momentsoftooth.com with your requested items and quantities. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days to confirm details and finalize your order.
2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is one case per product. Each product has a specific number of units per case—please refer to our Line Sheet for details on case quantities per item.
3. What are your wholesale pricing & payment terms?
- Wholesale pricing is listed in our Line Sheet.
- First orders must be prepaid via PayPal, Stripe, or ACH transfer.
- Net 30 terms are available upon approval for repeat customers.
4. How long does it take to fulfill an order?
Lead times vary based on availability and production schedules:
- Lead times range from 1-3 months, 2-4 months, or 3-6 months (see Line Sheet for specific timelines).
- We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely fulfillment.
5. What are the shipping terms?
- Shipping costs are calculated after order confirmation and will be included in your final invoice.
- We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, or you can provide your own shipping account.

6. What is your return policy?

Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and can be returned for a replacement or refund.

Non-defective returns: Must be pre-approved and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
